UNC Asheville DGC
The University of North Carolina Asheville Disc Golf Course was developed by the University’s
Disc Golf Club, several of whom are members of the WNCDGC. This recreational level course
was designed for the college student looking to get a quick round in before, after, or between
classes. The course is in the process of expanding to a full 18 Holes within the next year.
Parking can be an issue for non-students during school the weekdays when the classes are in
session. Therefore, it is advised to visit the UNCA Course on the weekend, during the summer
of winter breaks, of major holidays. If you do visit the course during a school day, look for a
parking pass machine to buy a temporary pass to park for the day to avoid getting a ticket.
Directions:
From I-240, merge onto I-26 W/US-19 N/US-23 N/US-70 W toward UNC Asheville/
Weaverville. Take exit 25 toward N Carolina 251/University of North Carolina/Asheville. Turn
Right onto Broadway St. Turn Left onto W T Weaver Blvd. Drive to roundabout and take
second exit (Right) onto University Heights. Drive up the hill and keep Left to stay on University
Heights. Drive 200’ and look for the parking lot on your left across from Zeiss Hall.
